War Targets

Unfortunately, the lists of military targets I gathered over some time searching the internet cannot be published openly — doing so would directly violate several laws of my country. Even though the sources are open and accessible, publication itself carries criminal liability. So instead of precise targets, I offer you a map of major cities of nuclear powers. Hardly anyone would doubt that they would become targets to one degree or another in the event of a nuclear war. Of course, there are many cities, so it made sense to apply a filter that removes less likely targets. What this filter is — let's just say it is subjective and based on my personal conjectures.
